Penicillin皮膚測試試劑包括主要決定因素(major determinants)及次要決定因素(minor de-
terminants)。主要決定因素包括Benzylpenicilloyl poly-L-lysine (BPL)、Penicilloyl-poly-L-lysine

 中央靜脈導管 Central Venous Catheter 




  • 適應症：



    1. 監測心臟填充之壓力(Filling Pressure)



    2. 血行力學監測中心靜脈壓



    3. 無法打上周邊靜脈導管時



    4. 需注射較刺激或據腐蝕性之藥物或高張溶液 eg. Amiodarone



    5. 長期性給藥(營養治療、化學治療、長期給予抗生素)



    6. 需大量或快速輸液




  • 禁忌症：



    1. 注射部位皮膚感染



    2. 有血液凝固病變者



    3. 有嚴重感染菌血症敗血症或腹膜炎



    4.  對特定材質過敏者
